On the bay of Canneto in Lipari Island, you can rent one or two apartments facing the beach of " CALANDRA". Each apartment is provided with balcony, TV color, ceiling fan, air conditioner and all the conforts you could require.

Kind of Apartments:

Apartment A: Little kitchen, double bed, bunk bed, bathroom.

Apartment B: Bedroom (double bed), davenport (2 beds), kitchen, bathroom

 

Terms of Stay

  • The period of rent must be at least one week

  • Deposit of 20% at the moment of the reservation;

  • Caution money Euro 103 (repayable at the end of the stay) ;

  • Pay the bill in the day of arrival with the leave of the keys;

  • Day of arrival and leave of the keys after 17 o' clock

  • Leave in 12 o'clock
